About Donna J. Broussard
Donna J. Broussard is a supply chain and operations executive with 30+ years leading end-to-end operations at scale, from Fortune 500 manufacturing (John Deere, Halliburton, Beaird) to defense technology and federal programs. As Director of Supply Chain Risk and Intelligence at Leidos, she directed 75+ CFIUS and FOCI risk assessments across $500B+ in foreign investment. Today she is an independent consultant with Section 2, where she helps train LLMs to identify supply chain anomalies in illicit finance and money laundering, and recently pioneered AI-driven decision support under strict Human-in-the-Loop governance. She holds a PhD in Organization and Management, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and publishes The Mission-Ready Supply Chain, a monthly newsletter on investment risk, sub-tier visibility, and AI governance.
