Executive profile
Risk you can explain.
I work at the point where supply chain operations, national security risk, and AI meet. My career has moved from Fortune 500 manufacturing floors to defense and aerospace programs, intelligence community work, and federal consulting, which gives me a view of the supply chain that spans the supplier, the program, and the policy decision.
Decisions you can defend.
Recently, I have used multi-model LLM workflows, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, under strict Human-in-the-Loop governance to turn unstructured risk data into decisions. That work includes analysis that supported a presidential block of a foreign-controlled entity’s U.S. operations, and ongoing work at Section 2 helping train LLMs to identify supply chain anomalies in illicit finance and money laundering.
My standard is simple: a prediction is a lead, not a verdict. The model advises, the human decides, and the human answers for it. That discipline is what makes AI useful in an audit, in a boardroom, and in a sourcing decision that has to hold up months later.
Core expertise
What I bring to an executive team
Six capabilities, built over three decades and sharpened by recent AI and risk work.
01. Supply Chain Risk Management: Identifying supplier, geographic, and concentration risk before it becomes disruption, with evidence that stands on its own.
02. Foreign Ownership Screening: Four screening questions and a repeatable process for foreign ownership, control, and influence risk in sourcing and investment decisions.
03. AI Governance, Human-in-the-Loop: Named owners, traceable outputs, validation before action, documented data limits, and an audit trail that survives turnover.
04. Sub-Tier Visibility: Seeing beyond tier one: where parts, materials, and money actually move, and where anomalies signal illicit finance risk.
05. Procurement and Acquisitions: Executive level procurement leadership across complex, regulated environments, with quality and delivery held as separate, measurable disciplines.
06. Operations Excellence: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt discipline applied to quality, cost of poor quality, and on-time delivery improvement.

- Unstructured risk data converted into a defensible decision record
- Sources, inputs, and human checks documented for scrutiny
- A clear line between prediction and verdict
AI Governance — A governance model that holds up in an audit
A five-control framework now shared publicly through The Mission-Ready Supply Chain for any leader whose decisions AI already touches.
- Named human owner for every AI-assisted decision
- Show its work: inputs, sources, and workflow kept
- Audit trail that survives turnover
